Dan patched up the drywall holes made by the electrician who installed recessed lighting in my house. He showed up on time, quoted me a very reasonable price and stuck to it. He was very meticulous with his work, couldnt tell at all where the patches are on the walls. Didnt even have to paint it. He was very courteous, I have a newborn baby and 3 kitties, he was very kind to let me know what he was going to do that might be too noisy for the baby, and worked around the kitties, I didnt even have to lock em up. He also cleaned up thoroughly after himself both days that he came. 5 stars for the great job and great price, very professional..

I have known Danny for about 5 years now. I went online to ask for good licensed drywall companies to interview so that I could complement my business in the lighting field. After using a few licensed companies I started using Danny. I was shocked how good he was and how his attention to detail comes out in the end. After using Dan I completely stopped using any other drywall companies all together. He is that good. For the past 5 years he has never missed an appointment, he has always delivered on time and on budget for my clients and I could not be more impressed with his demeanor. Throwing around "he is the best" is a cliché these days, but we have done this for a long time now, and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that he is the best in his field, bar none!.

Danny's great! He worked on our house a few years back and not only did he do a good job on his own work, he also redid some lousy texturing that a previous drywall guy had done. You know, the patch on your ceiling or wall that really didn't match the rest but you didn't notice until days later when everything's dried and the guy's gone. Dan fixed it and took his time to do the job right, which is to come back several times after the mud's dried. He's got a great personality too..

I highly recommend Danny and his crew. They recently installed drywall (hanging, taping, and texturing) on the interior of our detached garage - a new construction project of 900 sq ft, plus interior bathroom walls (drywall on the ceiling, as well). Danny was easy to work with and the quoting process was straightforward. Once we made our final decision, his team was on-site the day after we finished insulation to get started. They were prompt, quick, and clean. The site was adequately taped so floor/windows/doors stayed clean, even during the mud stage. Danny made time to be on-site for the inspection of the hanging & screwing to answer any questions the inspector might have. The work passed inspection with flying colors. He then had his team get to work on taping that same day - and completed the entire job right on time! We have received lots of compliments from folks who have seen the walls since completing drywall. You can't see any seams and the fit is great around the doors/windows. The full area was easy to paint, and the texturing was exactly what we wanted. We compared quotes from many drywall companies and spoke with each service provider before making a decision. I'm glad we went with Dan Pena Drywall - and would strongly consider using his team again, whether it was for another large project or just for a small wall repair.

I could not be happier with the service Danny performed for me. I had the popcorn ceiling removed in my house and needed a Drywall guy to come in and re-tape, texture and paint the ceilings. Danny answered his phone on a Saturday evening and came out on Sunday for an estimate. While I had him here I asked if he was interested in painting not only the ceilings but the entire interior of the house. He told me he could do that and responded later that day with a competitive, itemized bid. I chose him not only based on the bid but because he was willing to do all the painting. Coordinating painters and drywall people seemed like a pain so it was better if one company could perform all the work. The schedule I required was extremely tight. On top of that I kept adding to the scope of the project and changing my mind as the work progressed. Danny was extremely responsive to this and didn't hold me over the coals when adjusting the bid. He even worked with me to come up with a creative design to remove an ugly attic access in my stairwell and relocate to a more suitable location. I found Danny on Yelp and was a little hesitant due to the small number of reviews. There was no need to worry. The drywall work is absolutely superb. This guy is a master. The paint is awesome as well. If you need drywall work or paint then don't look any further. This is your guy!!! .

One of the most important aspects of this project was getting the dry wall repair portion done right so that you couldn't tell the lights were patched into the existing drywall. From folks we talked to, this is very hard to do and it is very hard to find someone who has the skills and workmanship to get it done right. Danny did an excellent job repairing the drywall including the large ceiling section created from the old fluorescent light box that was there previously. His texturing work was seamless and after everything was painted you couldn't tell where the work was done. We liked his work so much that we are using him for a follow-on project repairing other drywall issues in the house created from recent construction. Danny is extremely responsive, very careful about the prep work to ensure that dust is contained, and has excellent craftsmanship in his implementation. He works very efficiently and he is very easy to do business with. I highly recommend Danny and already have plans to use his services again for future drywall repair and painting work.
